Ron E. Butler, CPA, CVA, MT
Ron Butler, CPA, CVA, MT-Ron is a Partner of The Phillips Organization. Ron specializes in accounting and auditing, business valuations and financial institution compliance as well as tax planning for businesses and individuals. His experience includes compilations, reviews and audits of manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction and oil and gas companies as well as health care organizations, voluntary health and welfare organizations and governmental entities. Ron is also experienced in federal and multi-state tax planning and compliance. He has gained extensive experience working for large public accounting firms in both Akron and Canton.
Ron earned his B.A. degree in Accounting from Malone College and Master of Taxation for the University of Akron, obtained his Certified Public Accountant's license (CPA) from the Accountancy Board of Ohio and is a Certified Valuation Analysis (CVA) accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and the National Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA). He is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Camber of Commerce. He also serves on the board of a local not-for-profit organization as the treasurer.
