Dear Client:

We are rapidly approaching the end of 2016 and preparing for the volume of required tax filings due in January 2017. Listed below are several items and due dates that require your attention:

  • Employee/Vendor Lists: (if applicable)
    Please review for accuracy regarding correct social security number and address for each employee listed. Please make necessary corrections and return to our office no later than
    January 10, 2017.

    All payroll information should be brought or mailed to our office as soon as possible after December 31, 2016 to insure timely processing of W-2s or 1099s and quarterly/yearly reports.
    Christmas Bonuses are treated as payroll and subject to the same payroll taxes as wages. If you are planning to hand out bonus checks, please make the necessary deductions.

Along with your December work, we are asking that you include the following information:

  • Loan and/or Mortgage Balances as of December 31, 2016
    Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (detailed balances) as of December 31, 2016
    Inventory as of December 31, 2016
    Savings Account Balances as of December 31, 2016
